Hello,
For your complimentary class;
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to fill out the paperwork, the release form and meet everyone.
Please note:
Please wear sweat pants or loose pants with an elastic waist, a t-shirt, and socks on your feet. If you get cold, bring a sweatshirt.
POLICIES:
· Classes, not specified, are 45 to 60 minutes long. Class size is generally 6-12 students. Saturday class is 90 minutes
· All classes are taken consecutively and used during the allocated time frame. There are no refunds or makeup classes.
· Class attire for Taichiusa consists of t-shirt or sweatshirts with sweat pants and socks or school slippers. No shorts, tank tops, bare feet, spandex, tights, jewelry or fragrance. If you come to class in improper attire you will not be able to attend class.
